This Benefits Leader will be both strategic and administrative: plans and directs the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the Company's health and welfare benefits programs in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoices and facilitate payments to all providers and insurance carriers (includes audit and supplier set ups)
  • Audit/Reconcile enrollment eligibility to ensure accurate posting at vendors
  • Verify accuracy and ensure timely submission of funding requests for monthly premiums, and retirement plan contributions
  • All aspects of open enrollment activities
  • Research and respond to complex questions from employees and leaders regarding the interpretation of benefits plans, including eligibility and covered services
  • Maintenance of employee benefits data in UKG/Workday
  • Oversees development of materials from benefits vendors and partners, with updates to all plan materials to ensure compliance and current information is available to employees
  • Ensures necessary plan documents are acknowledged and government-mandated disclosures are posted, filed, and distributed to eligible employees
  • Leads the streamlining/administering employee time away and leave
  • Develop and execute project plans for ongoing and new well-being initiatives (financial, physical, social and emotional).
  • Partner with brokers to ensure benefits programs are current with regards to trends, practices, costs, and local competitiveness and make recommendations to improve offerings.
  • Lead annual renewal process, ensuring our Total Rewards are aligned to market and close any gaps.
  • Ensure that programs adhere to current regulations and support the organization's strategic objectives


Job Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of benefits experience
  • Experience with UKG/Workday
  • International experience preferred but not required
