Our client is looking for an Offshore People Resource Planner for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

ROLE

Resource planning of offshore personnel

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all planning for assigned discipline pool and maintaining schedules in Onboard Tracker
  • Working closely with Crewing Leads to ensure resources are planned and manning level requirements are maintained at all times
  • Provide competent and compliant personnel and in accordance with compliance matrix
  • Maximise utilisation of personnel and in accordance with contract type
  • Monitor headcount levels within discipline pool to meet forecasted demand giving consideration to contract strategy, highlighting any concerns to the Resource Planning Supervisor
  • low level recruitment for short term day rate gaps, utilising personnel agencies if necessary
  • Highlighting any core crew (CoE) recruitment needs to HR in good time and support the selection process where required
  • Responsible for all regards of personnel in assigned pool
  • Responsible for KPI reporting for assigned pool, ensuring all targets are met and maintained
  • Provide support as required by Resource Planning Supervisor
  • Undertake all administrative tasks associated with the role

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications (professional, technical, academic):

Essential:

  • Good standard of secondary education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Customer service training
  • Commercial and financial awareness

Typical background and experience required:

Essential:

  • Minimum 2yrs in similar role
  • Oil and gas industry experience
  • Excellent knowledge of offshore training and legislative requirements
  • Recruitment experience

Nice to have:

  • Offshore personnel logistics / crewing experience
