Weatherford are hiring for Machine Operators (night shift) in our Greenville, Texas manufacturing facility. This is a hands on, rewarding role where you will be producing producing quality and efficient products and tools for the oil and gas industry. The Machine Operator will be working within a supportive, inclusive team in a fast-paced, progressive environment. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator include:


  • Review shop order packet for procedural instructions
  • Perform and assist own setups of machining
  • Use of inspection gages
  • Check dimensions of parts and checking hold tolerances of plus or minus .001
  • Complete work safely and within guidelines and policies
  • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machine
  • Records quantities, material descriptions and job orders for reporting purposes






  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • 1-3 Years related experience preferred but not essential as we provide training
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be willing to work Night Shift.
