Our technical and detail oriented team work cross functionally to ensure records and documentation are compiled accurately on an ongoing basis.

Use your keen eye for detail to participate in MRB compilation, and ensure document control processes are followed.

As a Manufacturing Record Book Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating, controlling and distribution of Manufacturing Record Books (MRB's) in line with customer requirements and deadlines
  • Tracking and controlling manufacturing records and certification from internal and external sources
  • Interpreting and cross referencing detailed information across different documentation to verify compliance
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers and customers in relation to project documentation related issues
  • Controlling company procedures, specifications in line with document control practices

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent coupled with demonstrative written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite of programs (PDF writing tools would be beneficial)
  • Experience and a proven track record in a technical administrative position
  • Experience in a quality focused position (quality control, assurance or supply quality) would be advantageous
  • Experience in an oil and gas focused company, building record packs would be of interest
