The HSE Site Representative will support Plant Management and Health & Safety Department Leadership in identifying hazards at all well site/plant locations and making recommendations for mitigating those associated hazards in order to ensure being in compliance with Hudson Ranch HSE & Cyrq Energy management system expectations.


  • Function as an on-site dedicated HSE observer in coordination with Plant Management andCyrq Energy Health and Safety Leadership for all Plant and Well Work and Drilling relatedactivities in the field at the Facility.
  • Monitor, inspect, verify compliance with relevant safety regulations.
  • Report daily to management team via email on safety and compliance issues. Intervene asnecessary if any health, environmental, or safety related concerns arise, and exercise stopwork authority where appropriate.
  • Review and understand Plant HSE related protocols and policies and apply where applicable.
  • Provide guidance and training to personnel on HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Facilitate daily pre-tour toolbox talks/safety meetings/JSA & JHA meetings as necessary, asconditions/work scope change or new hazards are identified.
  • Conduct on-site HSE inspections and hazard hunts. Capture inspection results in daily HSEreport
  • Analyze incident reports and metrics, offer recommended corrective actions as necessary; trackall identified action items to implementation and closure.
  • Identify potential hazards, risks and dangers and make recommendations to mitigate thoserisks to the management team.
  • Report all injuries, near-misses, spills, or community concerns to Plant Management and CyrqEnergy VP of H&S as soon as reasonably practical, not to exceed 24 hours. Assist asnecessary in any Incident Investigations and the development of associated recommendationsand lessons learned for sharing throughout the organization.
  • Understand and apply Cyrq Energy's 10 Life Saving Rules, where applicable.
  • Assist in development and comply with rig and plant specific emergency response plan and/orstation. bills during emergencies and/or drills. Function as a first responder as required for anyemergency that arises.
  • Conduct rig-site and plant safety inductions for new employees, visitors, and sub-contractors.
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and carry out special instructions as directed byPlant Management and Cyrq Energy VP of Health and Safety or on-site Cyrq Energy wellproject representative.
