    Focusing on Customer Collaboration and Market Analysis, our team are seeking a highly energetic, free thinking individual to join the team.
    With major emphasis on early customer engagement, they will meet vigorous team objectives and search for gaps in relevant product portfolios and develop the innovative mindset to fill them.

    As a Market Analysis Leader, you'll go above and beyond to provide solutions to meet our customer needs. You'll need to think ahead, developing a yearly plan and thinking tactically. Alongside you'll participate in exciting discussions about our future, collaborating with colleagues across the business to plan strategically.

    You will be responsible for:
    • Lead facilitation & consolidation of strategy inputs from internal and external sources for MGPP and GSP portfolio planning , including market and competitor trends and intelligence from Marketing.
    • Create and manage global interactions with customers to solicit their feedback and direction to drive future product strategy.

    This role will generate, analyze and shape the business' technology investment strategy and influence key industry stakeholders via:
    • Client technology advisory boards
    • Client technology & training sessions
    • Industry group and conference committees & participation
    • Direct customer interactions
    • Manage links to other product companies to enable close inter-company working for broader business outcomes.
    • Lead, Organize and Facilitate quarterly business information sessions with regional SPS teams to educate and inform on S&T progress and Strategy.

    • Contribute towards product strategy and vision, taking overall responsibility for the success of your product
    • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
    • Apply Cost Focus by challenging appropriateness of financial decisions in a rational way while tracking and controlling costs effectively

    Fuel your passion

    To be successful in this role you will:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Product Manager.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
    • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
