Chez Eni, nous recherchons un Retail Gastronomy Specialist pour travailler au siege d'Eni Suisse a Lausanne, en Suisse, ou il/elle sera charge(e) d'assurer la mise en place de notre concept global gastronomique aupres de nos stations-service de notre reseau national.

Vos responsabilites

De nature commercante, votre role est de federer, conseiller et former nos gerants de stations-service a l'atteinte de leurs objectifs. Nous sommes convaincus qu'une bonne experience client est une des cles de notre succes. Vous participez a l'elaboration de notre strategie en fonction des besoins de notre clientele et des tendances du marche. Vous accelerez egalement les ventes de nos produits Bar et Snacking en faisant respecter nos promotions et garantissez un service en conformite absolu aux standards de qualite et d'hygiene.

Finalement, vous etes une force de proposition et d'innovation dans la creation et dans l'optimisation des assortiments et negociez les conditions fournisseurs afin d'etablir des contrats de partenariats commerciaux durables de la gastronomie. Dans cette fonction de terrain, vous etes en contact regulier avec nos gerants, nos fournisseurs et nos partenaires externes et maintenez une etroite collaboration avec nos services internes.

Votre profil

Au benefice d'un CFC avec un minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans le domaine Horeca (Hotel-Restaurant-Cafe) et dans la gestion de partenaires commerciaux. Idealement vous detenez un diplome de cafetier restaurateur (patente).

Vous etes de preference bilingue francais - allemand ou avez une parfaite maitrise de l'allemand et une bonne connaissance du francais. L'italien serait un plus. Dote d'un bon sens de l'organisation, vous savez travailler de maniere autonome et etes a l'aise dans les contacts et la negociation. Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et de synthese et avez une bonne autorite naturelle avec un sens du leadership. Finalement vous etes flexible et mobile et observez en permanence les trends du marche.

At Eni we are looking for a Retail Gastronomy Specialist to work at Eni Suisse in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he/she will be responsible for ensuring the proper application of our global gastronomical concept in our national network of petrol stations.

Who you will be working with

a small team within the Non - Oil department

As a member of a small team you will be responsible for:

Your role is to lead, advise and train our Service Station Managers to achieve their objectives. We believe that a good customer experience is one of the keys to our success. You will be involved in developing our strategy based on customer needs and market trends. You will also accelerate the sales of our Bar and Snacking products by enforcing our promotions and guaranteeing a service in full compliance with quality and hygiene standards.

Finally, you are a force of proposal and innovation in the creation and optimisation of assortments and negotiate supplier conditions in order to establish sustainable gastronomy commercial partnership contracts. In this field function, you are in regular contact with our managers, suppliers and external partners and maintain close cooperation with our internal departments.

This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:

You have a CFC with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Horeca (Hotel-Restaurant-Cafe) sector and in the management of commercial partners. Ideally you have a diploma as a restaurant owner (patente).

You are preferably bilingual in French and German or have a perfect command of German and a good knowledge of French. Italian would be a plus. You have a good sense of organisation; you are able to work independently and are at ease in contacts and negotiations. You have an analytical and synthetic mind and have a good natural authority with a sense of leadership. Finally, you are flexible and mobile, and you are always on the lookout for market trends.
