Wood is currently recruiting an Administrator to support its Renewable Energy & Power business group. The role supports health, safety, security, environmental, and sustainability functions on construction projects located throughout the Americas and the United Kingdom. Qualified candidates will have an advanced ability to manage and report a wide variety of data using a variety of electronic platforms.
The role will support continuous improvement efforts of the overall HSSE&S program, including innovative ways to track and trend Key Performance Indicators, support of the organization's ongoing efforts to remain a learning organization, and the capacity to drive efficient, accurate and timely reporting and recordkeeping efforts to meet client and regulatory agency requirements.
The role requires the ability to work within diverse teams, meet challenging performance demands, work cooperatively with corporate personnel and client representatives at all levels, and possess advanced written and oral communication skills. This role will interact with HSSE&S Project Leads and Managers.
The role is based in the Tucker, GA office, but remote work is also an option.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate shall:
- Must possess an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other software systems
- Proven ability to self-direct and complete tasks on-time with minimal oversight
- Possess progressive performance responsibility
- Ability to support complex teams and projects
- Possess advanced computer software skills necessary to present data graphics
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to a high level of integrity for data compilation and reporting, as well as upholding enterprise policy
