Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Develops sales plan for a specific region.

As a Well Construction Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
  • Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
  • Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
  • Handles diverse clients in a region.
  • Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
  • Leads a department with large estimated orders.
  • Handles local focus on Medium size territory


Fuel your passion


To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering or related subject
    • Have working experience in Reservoir Navigation or geology
    • Have 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations preferred
    • Be proficient with utilizing MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT
    • Have experience in Geosteering
