As an Asset and Material Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the product line asset utilization and inventory levels. Also, manages the asset and inventory management team including employee training, development, and career progression.

As an Asset and Material Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating and implementing PL inventor and asset utilization strategies that are aligned to the OFS HQ materials management strategies.
  • Ensuring OFS inventory and asset policies and processes are implemented and being followed.
  • Monitoring levels of SS, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly.
  • Providing updates to inventory and asset utilization projections and creating mitigation plans as needed.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and works to ensure the weekly increase or decrease in levels are aligned to the business such that monthly and annual inventory goals are met.
  • Working with material planner to create de netted demand plan. Develops and implements stocking strategies for local providers.
  • Ensuring compliance to all inventory ans asset compliance Policies are adhered to including but not limited to Inventory verification, Customer Owned, Consigned and PPE Physical verification.
  • Developing spare parts distribution strategies to support the asset repairs.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelor's Dgr in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Have minimum 5 yrs of experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
  • Have deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality
  • Be able to work with and influence stakeholders. And experience managing and developing teams, good leadership skills.
  • Have strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
  • Be a good communicator and be fluent in English.
