You will support the organisation by creating a strategically driven measurement portfolio including: decision supporting dashboards, HR reporting, and deep dive analyses, thus enabling WRFD to make better decisions about oganisational design and the future of its workforce. Successful candidate will build key partnerships to understand and deliver on business needs.

  • Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud) related to overall people data
  • Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators
  • Strong experience with developing actionable management dashboards for HR functions
  • Knowledge of HR and global data privacy laws, information security and quality principles
  • Strong technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint), dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau)
  • An overall understanding of people data with process knowledge related to people data: preferably PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Cloud, Cielo, ICIMs
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
  • Identifies and documents systems requirements
  • Works with business user community including Identified Key Business Contacts to develop test scripts and participate/lead User Acceptance Testing as necessary
  • Recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
  • Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
  • Prioritize Bug Fixes; coordinate with Key stakeholders to prioritize enhancements
  • Independently drive the successful delivery of projects and products using strong project management and deployment focused activities.
  • Produce analysis and visualizations through cutting edge technologies such as PowerBI. Generates innovative ideas and solutions that improve products, insights and our ability to efficiently deliver.
  • Understands the process of data integration: including workforce data from central systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud etc
  • Manage requests to resolve and analyze management reporting with customers determining if the right questions are being asked and advising on right visualization to emphasize points.
  • Awareness of data privacy and legal issues for escalation to Manager if necessary


  • Strong HR functional background with proven relevant experience in understanding people data analysis and reporting
  • 5+ years Business Analyst or similar experience
  • 3 to 5+ years of reporting and dashboard experience
  • Strong HR functional background with proven relevant experience in understanding people data analysis and reporting
  • Proven track record of successfully working with senior leaders, cross culturally and across time zones
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Bachelor degree
  • Data Analytics , Data Visualization or related certifications a plus
  • Oracle implementation knowledge an advantage
  • PeopleSoft 9.1 a plus
