Work with the latest innovations

In this role, you will be leading the Quality Team related activities at project level, being a key contributor to position the Avenza Plant for future challenges.

As a Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Leadership for the Quality Team in Avenza
  • Developing, planning, and supervising audits and inspections to guarantee that all Project quality requirements are fully satisfied (Quality Management Systems requirements and beyond)
  • Managing the execution of E&I/Mechanical/Piping quality inspection and coordinating inspection teams
  • Lead the Mechanical Completion Process to handover to commissioning, according scheduling and requirements.
  • Acting as client's primary point of contact for quality-related matters ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Collaborating with Construction Team and Engineering to ensure the Quality Control Plan is executed and client quality requirements are achieved
  • Adopting best-practice guidelines, and influencing and implementing continuous improvement for processes and systems
  • Promoting a Culture of interdependence on HSE and Quality and ensuring the full compliance to standards and policies.
  • Coaching and Caring the Team.
  • Defining and monitoring performance management KPI's to ensure all the quality objectives are met, seeking, and securing opportunities for improvements on process and product side.
  • Being a key agent on Cultural Transformation, fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Collaborating with Schools/Universities in the view of talent development
  • Enhancing the overall Process and Product Quality

To be successful in this role you will:

 

  • Have a BSc Engineering from an accredited university with demonstrated experience in Manufacturing or Field environment.
  • Have a high consciousness of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
  • Stay Up to date with International Quality Standards applicable to product and projects.
  • Have a contemporary People Leadership skill which implies among others the active listening, the motivational speaking, the conflict and stress management, the adaptability and resilience.
  • Display an ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environment
  • Be fluent both in Italian and English (oral and written)
