Partner with the best

You're responsible for relocate the warehouse into external, without stop normal operation. Well organized P&E budget operational & capitalized, included IT, equipment, facility. Manage HSE and maintenance. Manage material flow and material transaction in system, fully consideration of customer value stream. Leverage lean method to initiate and manage warehouse. Manage ERP strategy, and manage storage condition. After external warehouse, ensure daily operations of external warehouse and ensure reliability and consistency on material transaction to fulfil production requirement.

As a Senior Manufacturing Manager - Project and Initiatives, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, included IT tools, P&E, trainings, Value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community.
  • Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new material flow, systems, and processes, between external warehouse and factory.
  • Manage effective Receive, Classify, and stock incoming goods, which includes ERP strategy, managing stocking conditions, and knowing "what is where".
  • Re-define processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. HSE, maintenance, Engineering, Material, Manufacturing)
  • Handles complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
  • Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
  • Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Projects and Initiatives, or Function Manage.
  • Active, professional, overcome all the difficulties and working pressures.
  • Lean and Six Sigma experience (for previously GE employee)
  • SAP experience
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
