Our team is responsible for managing, planning and integrating the organization's efforts to achieve growth through strategic business development initiatives, both organic and inorganic across our entire Upstream Chemical portfolio.

Partner with the best

You will take ownership for collaborating with the Area Sales and Operations teams to execute our sales strategy to grow North America Land's market share with customers based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. You will unlock a wealth of potential revenue to create growth and revenue in this region. As a sales professional, you will deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, strong business relationships and thorough understanding of the oilfield chemicals market.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership for the full sales life-cycle by creating innovative solutions for customers utilizing our product portfolio
  • Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams to provide technical support and guidance for Demand-To-Inquiry and pre-ITO stages
  • Ensuring compliance for the reporting of key sales performance indications through meeting our service delivery requirements
  • Closing customer opportunities by contributing and negotiating on frameworks for pricing and conditions


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience)
  • Have 5 years of relative experience in upstream chemical application
  • Have a full understanding of oilfield production systems and the challenges that production chemicals provide solutions for
  • Have Production Chemicals and Facility treatment experience
  • Show a deep knowledge of the production chemical market, including customer value drivers and competitive positioning
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build successful relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Show expertise within sales and marketing and a keen desire to build growth and opportunities
  • Be able to travel regionally, 35% of your time
