Overview / Responsibilities
Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site.
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Trade Assistant to work on a number of projects which we have on the horizon in the new year.
These projects will require someone with prior electrical trades experience which would be beneficial for tasks that are essential to the project. You will be involved in assisting qualified electricians in industrial setttings which will include the following:
- Screwing down cable ladder lids
- Spotting EWPs
- Mobilisation/demobilisation of equipment & materials to site
- Pulling cables
- Installing cable trays

The role is Brisbane-based and at this time we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those with the required permit/VISA for this region, in place.
Skills / Qualifications
- Previous experience in the electrical construction industry
- WP & LF High Risk Work Licence & Working at Heights is mandatory
- Experience in fabrication & installation of cable supports/brackets
- Open QLD Driver's Licence
