The Role

This is a hands-on client success management role for our flagship product, Abyss Fabric - an AI driven integrity management solution for the O&G industry. You will be the critical link between Abyss and our clients, ensuring some of their biggest FM and IM problems are solved through our 3D/360° inspection technology and automated work prioritization system. You will coordinate operational, software development and commercial teams to deliver value to various client maintenance and integrity teams. About the Job

As a client success manager you will lead and manage:

- Customer relationship management

- Customer training & engagement

- Customer support

- Onboarding new clients & teams for support services

- Customer advocacy within operational, commercial and software development teams

- Identification of opportunities to expand client value and upselling

 

Skills and Requirements

- Engineering Degree

- Experience in O&G

- Client facing technical support experience

- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams

- Strong commercial acumen

- You will need to be based Houston TX

- Hold valid working rights in the US

 

Highly Desirable

- Familiarity with process equipment/O&G facilities

- Previous experience working with SAS solutions
