Overview / Responsibilities

The Wood Project & Asset Management team is currently hiring for a Full-Time Office Coordinator to provide support for their local Sheridan office and field employees throughout the State of Wyoming. This is not a typical Office Coordinator position.

The selected individual will work directly with Project Managers, the HR Department and the Safety Department, completing a variety of tasks related to business operations. The position will be responsible for data entry and management, cell phone management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and scheduling training for 500 plus employees, as well as some basic office duties.

The incumbent must be well-organized, able to manage multiple activities and priorities with the ability to remain on task despite interruptions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

 

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Solid experience using Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to extract Excel data and correctly use that data to formulate reports
  • Able to work independently, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, experience and projects
  • Able to troubleshoot basic cell phone technology issues, including iPhone and Samsung
  • Confidentiality is essential

 


Skills / Qualifications

 

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One to Three years of office management/Administration preferred
  • Knowledge of basic Safety Standards preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills with good time management
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist where required across the business
  • Phone & computer set-up knowledge a plus
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Work independently
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Must be outgoing and friendly
