Region Business Architect - Nexus Controls

As a Region Business Architect, you will take ownership for managing the full project life-cycle of our Nexus Controls projects. Working in collaboration with customers you will lead and inspire your team to deliver complex and innovative projects that will make a real impact in the energy world.

You will lead Europe, Russia, CIS, Middle East, North Africa, and India Regions
operations initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the project management and services business. & will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex process
issues within cross functional areas of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

As a Region Business Architect, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the team of Coordination staff, Oversee your Regional SAP projects, services process controls, which includes defining and managing SAP Project & Services WBS structure, schedule, and cost baseline and applying control plans to achieve continuous process / data compliance.

  • Managing and developing relationships with regional functional organizations to ensure SAP reports and associated

    processes are sufficient to support operational excellence.

  • Performing project release reviews and project baselines in SAP on all projects / services in the region to ensure SAP Project WBS structure, schedule, control points, cost and revenue plans are entered properly and consistent with the defined Global processes and guidelines

  • Ensuring SAP process and data compliance is maintained by Project / Service Managers and Project / Service Coordinators to ensure Business Reports offer sufficient value in driving Project OTR excellence, including revenue, cost productivity, VTW, cash flow & contribution margin.

  • Actively engaging and training regional functional project teams to identify and optimize SAP and process entitlement, improve global processes and financial controls in conjunction with other Regional Project Architects.
  • Training and mentoring Project / Service Managers and Project / Service Coordinators in the use of SAP, tools and processes and business/QMS requirements.

  • Leading the team of Project / Service Coordinators ensuring implementation of uniform and consistent processes.

  • Building / maintaining regional and functional control plans that allow - project and process KPI's to detect defects in

    operational performance, and process compliance.

  • Ensuring regional project templates, control plans, process changes, and financial reports adhere to a standard of

    global commonality to achieve minimum maintenance efforts.

  • Monitoring process consistency, identify problems, root cause and improve process by creating/providing new

    solution and/or training refresher.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 5 years industry experience as a Project Manager in either Power Generation or Oil & Gas.
  • Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers
  • Be fluent in the English.
  • Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to customers, both internal and external.
  • Have a solid understanding of SAP project management and accounting transactions as well as Microsoft Project Planner
  • Have a good experience in Quality Management systems
