Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team partner with Functional Directors and Leadership to identify and implement contemporary talent programs and processes in preparation for delivering against their people priorities. We create relevant initiatives that enable the attraction of high caliber talent across our Digital Technology disciplines. Maintaining awareness of digital talent and recruitment trends to adapt approaches to current market conditions. With our current focus on technologies including Cyber, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud, we operate at the heart of the digital transformation of our business.

Partner with the business on a global scale
The Digital Recruitment Lead is a newly created position serving as the main TA point of contact for the Digital function across all Baker Hughes enterprise. You will partner with global TA and senior leaders to define and develop the digital recruitment strategy including your own delivery responsibility and working with 3rd party suppliers. You will support Hiring Managers in preparing and delivering against their people priorities to define recruiting needs, draft job descriptions, match business need with market recognized roles, develop sourcing strategies and support the identification, screening, and recruiting of the best digital talent for Baker Hughes.

As Digital Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Implementing end-to-end recruitment initiatives to attract, grow and retain a diverse employee pool within our Digital Function
  • Partnering cross functionally to create and define digital talent attraction strategies and key initiatives to achieve business transformation, strategic direction and business growth
  • Assisting with the development of job marketing content and communications to meet business needs and effectively reach target audience
  • Advising on effective tools for talent pipelining enabling the ongoing attraction of relevant candidates, providing market intelligence and driving our Employer Value Proposition
  • Ensuring Baker Hughes have significant presence and visibility in the Digital market, supporting the hiring community in attending necessary industry events and forums
  • Connecting and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and vendors to ensure a fit for purpose attraction campaign is adopted

 


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

  • Demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment and talent attraction in a global matrix organisation within the Digital sector
  • Have significant experience of working in an 'in house', Managed Service or Outsourced recruitment environment
  • Have an expert understanding of recruiting methods, productivity and attraction tools demonstrating proficiency in TRS systems such as Workday, Phenom People and Pocket Recruiter Have excellent communication skills sufficient for the interaction with cross functional stakeholders and candidates at a variety of levels
  • Show an ability to influence decision making at a senior level and quickly gain trusted advisor status as a subject matter expert in Digital recruitment
  • Demonstrate a true growth mindset to bring creativity and direction to the organisation whilst retaining best practice
  • Have a good understanding of Diversity and Inclusion best practice
  • Be currently located and permitted to work in the UK with European and Global Travel a
