Responsibilities

For Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines and Singapore region, lead the reporting and FP&A processes, related accounting transactions for the specific business units and countries in scope. Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, assist with forecast, budget processes. Prepare financial reports as requested by the PL Controller, Finance Manager and GZ Controller as required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare the P&L report by Product line for the countries in scope and assist with the monthly/quarterly business reviews with the Operation Managers, Productline Finance Controllers and Finance Manager.
  • Support the preparation of the forecast/budget for the product lines/countries in scope.
  • Support the Accounting team with any financial ad hoc requests
  • Support with any specific statutory/tax requirements for Singapore if required.
  • May operate as the lead accountant in an area or part of the business that does not have or need a Finance Manager.


Qualifications

  • Accounting degree is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Prior experience of working in a multinational organization is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and comply with strict deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of reporting and FP&A is essential.
