Flow Assurance Product Line Manager (Upstream Chemicals) Sugar Land, TX / Remote

As a Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of production optimization product line across Upstream Chemicals, Globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, functions, and geographies to develop and implement a strategic vision to improve the financial health of the product line.

As a Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
  • Integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Presenting to top leadership in the business solutions on technical discipline and business solutions. Works with cross business teams.
  • Handling very complex project processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production.
  • Handling important business unit clients. Engages in complex long-term processes with important clients.
  • Being a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and customers
  • Displaying experience of leading, planning and executing successful market strategies


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience
  • Have relevant experience within Oilfield Chemicals
  • Have previous Operations & Sales experience within a relevant environment
  • Have good understanding of business financials
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Have interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Have demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
  • Have demonstrated ability to lead projects.
  • Possess established project management skills.
  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) for business (post-covid)
