Summary:

The Treasury Accountant is primarily responsible for cash related transactions, 3 rd party payment and VAT & WHT compliance as per local accounting standard and tax compliance requirement.

Responsibility:
  • Managing cash flow
  • Review and support cash management team in the hub to clean up bank reconciliation
  • Maintaining bank mandate
  • Review employee's expense claim.
  • Review and monitor or perform critical payment in compliance with company payment policy.
  • Reviews VAT, WHT and prepare PND3, PND53 report and support tax team to smoothen
  • monthly VAT and WHT submission.
  • Handling day to day operation and collaborate with Procurement & Sourcing and AP finance hub to resolve 3 rd party payment issue.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of working experiences in accounting field. (Payable Accountant, General Accounting)
  • Proficient in MS Excel application.
  • Able to communicate in Thai and English both spoken and written
  • Experience in working with financial hub will be advantage.
  • Knowledge in ERP system Lawson/Oracle/SAP will be advantage.
  • Knowledge in VAT/WHT compliance and reporting will be an added advantage.
