As a Lead Application Specialist, you will:

 

  • Conducting all activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance and Core Values.
  • Providing technical guidance and input to create solutions for our customers in Electrical Submersible Pumps.
  • Working together with people from the business unit to specify needs, communicates about current and future projects, and presents outcomes of research done.
  • Evaluating system component performance in their application. Monitoring for trends and initiate actions to improve reliability.
  • Executing new product launches for clients.
  • Providing ongoing support to assist operations in providing effective solutions.
  • Leading investigations on any post job execution issues, identifying possible root causes and assign effective corrective actions to be shared as lesson learnt with the team.
  • Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
  • Interfacing directly & indirectly with diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks and working with the biggest names in the energy industry.
  • Communicate across direct organization. Present to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Technical Support.

  • Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches/methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
