Our client is looking for an Ecology Manager for a permanent position, located in Inverness / Glasgow

ROLE

Seeking to recruit an Ecology Manager - North of Scotland to join our growing team to support technical excellence and business growth. The position will be based in our Inverness office, and may require travel, occasional overnight stays throughout the U.K., and further afield depending on project requirements. 

You will primarily work from home in the short term, unless this is unavailable to you. You will be provided with all IT equipment and software/services require to facilitate your efficient home working. Long term arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate - we are a flexible employer and are willing to consider arrangement that is desirable to you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       The successful candidate will work in a client-facing role with lead responsibilities including development and delivery of annual business plan, growth of the N Scotland Ecology Team, responding to tenders, management of contract delivery and coaching of staff. Our clients range from small developers to large construction and utilities companies; projects range from short-term interventions to multi-year contracts.

·       The selected candidate will work within a supportive and driven team, delivering Group targets for sales, successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

·       Some travel is involved, for which a company pool car is available and for which a valid driving licence will be required.  Occasionally travel by air will be required, for which a valid passport and photo ID is required.
