Partner with the best

As a Design Engineer, you'll actively participate to the whole process of product definition, from conceptual design to development and testing phase of new rotating equipment for energy transition and consolidated portfolio applications.

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining methods to calculate the thermal mission of equipment, understanding the impacts on the mechanical integrity.
  • Providing technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project(s), acting in a global team.
  • Participating as a presenter in technical reviews, assuring proper documentation of technical data is generated for the assigned projects.
  • Providing timely communications on significant issues or project(s) developments to the higher management.
  • Developing "system engineering" culture, supporting the product configuration definition and relevant changes after industrialization phase.
  • Contributing to the definition of cooling methods of special equipment and turbomachinery.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be an experienced professional graduate in Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy Engineering, with a basic knowledge of a rotating equipment design, able to manage technical documentation, International standards and codes.
  • Demonstrate good computer skills and be familiar with cad modelling, FEA, programming.
  • Be able to participate in all phases of product creation and be part of multiple teams in the engineering product life.
  • Have good verbal and written skills, be fluent in English and hold an international passport.
  • Understand thermodynamic principles applied to turbomachinery performances.
  • Be familiar with cavity vortex modelling and thermodynamics applied to heat exchange.
