Partner with the best

To coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers, customers and internal within departments/shops) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs.

As a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining an efficient material flow for outgoing goods and material handling on yard. Packing and shipping of containers according to NOG 116 and to ensure traceability of the goods.
  • Material handling according to customer agreement and procedures.
  • Packing, marking and shipping of goods in compliance with Statutory Laws, Regulation and Baker Hughes Quality and HSE Policies and Procedures.
  • Carry out transactions in company ERP system, Oracle.
  • Leads, coordinates, or oversees warehouse & logistics operations. Activities include productivity and process quality of warehouse operations, reducing controllable expenses, VCP, & contract labor spend, and covering EHS, logistics and shipping processes (including purchasing, receiving, and shipping).
  • Follow up daily needs and adjust where needed to meet deadlines.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or relevant Logistics experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Forklift certificate (T1, T2, T4), Overhead-crane G11, Packing Course NOG116, ADR Course.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Good computer skills (ERP, MS Office packages).
  • Have Lean & 5S knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
