• Lead day-to-day scheduling and operations for Logistics teams, including activities such as loading/discharging, quality
control, loss prevention and forecasting analysis
• Manage nominations for marine orders to/from both 3rd party and internal customers; monitor and execute base oil
• Partner with Finished Lubricants Terminals to manage physical inventory positions and recommend load/discharge
activity based on interactions with third parties
• Partner with Chevron Shipping Co. to manage shipping contracts
• Monitor marine and terminal operations to optimize schedules
• Analyze data and generate Salesforce reports as required for the Sales team
• Engage with internal and external industry experts and maintain strong relationships and lines of communication
• Collaborate on and communicate operational costs, optimization initiatives and best practice learnings
• Champion incident-free operations and continuous improvements

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in the energy, manufacturing, transportation, supply chain and/or finance
• Scheduling experience in fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar data driven systems and analytics tools
• Experience with crude, gas and/or refined product commodities
