Play a Pivotal Role in Our Business

As a Lead Project Quality Engineer joining our Global Fabrication and Distribution Systems team, your role is one of the most dynamic roles in our business. You will take ownership of quality requirements at every stage of the project life cycle. Working with teams globally you'll ensure our products are designed, developed and delivered with quality at the core.

As a Lead Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership for the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customers
  • Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build relationships
  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in their own field
  • Contributing to the project as a team member and leading small projects
  • Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximised customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Establishing and executing project quality plan, witness points and quality records for compliance with contract

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or have suitable experience working in a Quality role in an Engineering/Manufacturing project lifecycle
  • Have experience of quality in an industry where quality is a critical part of the project lifecycle
  • Display an excellent customer service-orientation mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable questioning and influencing stakeholders towards change and positive outcomes
  • Thrive on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographies
  • Have a methodical approach to prioritising work and leading action until closure

  • Working remotely from home or any other work location
