Design the tools of the future

This is a Swing Shift position. Monday - Friday, 2:30PM - 11:00PM

As a Manufacturing Technician you will use multiple test platforms, fixtures, and processes to test products and trouble-shoot any issues using schematics to help diagnose. you will routinely apply soldering skills with a variety of techniques and equipment to replace faulty parts. Complexity of problems ranges from very simple failures to time and resource intensive resolutions.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Focusing on testing monitor systems and other final assembly products.
  • Focusing on productivity, safety, quality and cost improvements.
  • Executing functional tests and troubleshoot to component level.
  • Acting independently on projects and special test department tasks using technical abilities.
  • Developing skills to become a technology resource for the test unit and other production areas, as directed.
  • Learning and using Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of production and test.
  • Working individually and on teams to improve various areas of the department.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have an Associate's Degree in Technology from an accredited college or university.
  • Be flexible to work around approved chemicals.
  • Have Experience with Electronic components and understand test parameters.
  • Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Have the Flexibility to work overtime and weekends and holidays as required.
  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Be comfortable with constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities and Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time, as required desired characteristics.
