We are looking for a Global Internal Communications Manager in our Oilfield Equipment team, to help us drive change. Partner with the best

As the Global Internal Communications Manager, you'll be working to help employees across the organization stay up to date with the company's vision, priorities, objectives, and executive updates by leading strategic internal and executive communications and change programs. Working across teams to support the brand mission and evolve our brand story. The role will build a dedicated culture of collaboration to create communications that engage, connect, and inspire our teams.

As a Global Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a strategic internal and executive communications plan.
  • Working cross-functionally across teams to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Producing employee communications to be delivered across the product company platforms.
  • Managing the Product Company internal communication channels. Writing stories, recording videos, creating various campaigns etc.
  • Supporting leadership and company meetings to craft the messaging and program from agenda, speaker selection and logistics for in-person and virtual events


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have considerable experience creating content and narrative in a corporate or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels
  • Be a skilled storyteller with a finely tuned interpersonal mindset and a passion for engaging and influencing employees and stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Have an agile and adaptable mindset in a consitently changing environment, that is fast-paced with shifting delivarables and tight deadlines
  • Be a fast learner comfortable with getting familiar with new programs quickly to enhance company-wide communication
  • Have an abily to tailor content and communications for specific audiences demonstrating a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs.
  • Be an expert copywriter with rigorous attention to detail
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress/UnilyAdobe Photoshop, Adobe Rush or similar tools.
  • Have the ability to travel globally (roughly 30% of the time)
