Partner with the best

The Systems & Integration Field Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning and fault finding for the full range of hardware and software products in the BH Bently Nevada business portfolio. Primarily customers will be associated with the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries internationally and may be located both onshore and offshore.

As a Systems & Integration Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing and commissioning of Bently Nevada hardware and software.
  • Troubleshooting existing Bently Nevada hardware and software installations on-site.
  • Providing technical assistance to customers on site as needed and training customer employees as required.
  • Supervising mechanical and electrical sub-trades, and machine disassembly/reassembly.
  • Preparing accurate and detailed service reports, timesheets, and expense report after every service mission.
  • Maintaining a working and operational knowledge of all Bently Nevada hardware and software.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a technical degree or equivalent experience in Electronics / Automation / Electro.
  • Have Electronics and/or mechanical trouble shooting skills.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel.
  • Be available for travel within Nordic and across Europe.
  • Have Norwegian and English language skills both written and oral.
  • Possess good computer skills using MS Office software.
