Partner with the best

As Digital Manufacturing Engineer you will provide technical knowledge and support to production lines, improving processes, procedures and identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve quality. You will support Engineering in the design (for Manufacture & Test) and introduction of new Test Equipment for the shop floor to ensure it is handed-over production ready.

As an Digital Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing technical knowledge and support to the production lines.
  • Integrating new and updated test scripts on hardware platforms and providing first-off product support on the shop (including fault finding).
  • Raising AFCs and following them through execution and completion and leading CAPA and ATS action close out.
  • Performing cost out and productivity improvements which drive benefit to both the business and customers.
  • Taking ownership when investigating performance issues to determine root cause. Implementing and validating effectiveness of solutions in line with customer expectations.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have an Engineering Degree, HND, Apprenticeship or previous Work Experience.
  • Have proven experience in manufacturing.
  • Have an understanding of shop floor process and their implementation and control.
  • Have the ability to develop good relationships with cross functional teams and customers to the point where they seek and value input in their decision making.
