Job Description:

Traditionally, tools for oil industry are made with metallic material. The objective of this internship is to design and manufacture composite prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and pertinence of composite tools for downhole application.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

The intern will be in charge of composite cable numerical analysis.

He will work in coordination with engineering team and subcontractor to ensure that the FEA calculations performed on the cable are representative of laboratory tests on cable components and cable itself.

Following the FEA analysis, he will oversee creating a worksheet to calculate cable. This worksheet will be used for further cables design and dimensioning.

Engineer - Final internship period (Bac + 5)
