FIELD FACILITIES MODIFICATIONS MANAGER - IRC217752

At Eni, we are looking for a Field Facilities Modifications Manager within KPO Filed in Aksai, Kazakhstan. You will be responsible for developing the engineering and the management of changes process (MoC), the purchasing process, the construction and pre-commissioning of the minor plant modifications projects, until their final hand-over to the Operation Units.

As a member of the Maintenance Team at KPO you will be responsible for :
  • Be responsible as a contract owner for numerous high risk and high complexity contracts.
  • Carry out coordination of all design activities during all project stages (Assess, Concept Select, FEED and Details Engineering). Effectively plan, monitor, and control the work of subordinates taking account of the priorities of the project and other projects.
  • Develop and maintain the Field Facilities Modifications Department process and procedures to ensure quality control.
  • As chairman lead the monthly FMR Steering Committee with all the Field Departments, to prioritize and plan the develop of the modifications requests coming from the field (FMR), depending on their category as Regulatory, Asset Integrity, Safety Critical, Production Protection or Production Enhancement.
  • Manage works associated with complex regulated maintenance system implementation ensuring timely equipment maintenance and repair of piping, civil and vessel facilities.
  • Review and approval of Engineering design documentation and key operational philosophies of Projects to ensure compliance with KPO standards and Operations requirements.
  • Manage the development and distribution of job plans and schedules to performing authorities, equipment repair and testing supervision, compliance with operation and maintenance rules and their engineering supervision.
  • Implement activities aimed at improvement of field engineering and maintenance, its technologies, mechanization and automaton of production processes, labor organization, use of reserves to increase labor efficiency and production cost saving,
  • Manage the records and reporting process associated with field engineering repair and maintenance activities.
  • Manage the development and implementation of standards, engineering specifications and other statutory documents on equipment operation, repair, and preventive maintenance.

  • Higher education (University degree or h i gher) in the relevant special t y and previous work experience in
  • Knowledge of m ethods of determination of the cost-effectiveness behind introduction of new equipment and processes , management of labor , innovations, and inventions.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, organ i zation, and technical development. Organization of operations, labor, and management.
  • Organization of repair works and maintenance of the company's equipment.
  • Knowledge of Engineering specifications, design philosophy and operational data of the plant and workshop equipment.
  • Knowledge of Risk Assessment/ HAZOP.
  • Knowledge of Procedure and methods of maintenance planning.
  • Knowledge of Repair works and maintenance systems and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Standards, specifications, and instructions associated w i th equ i pment maintenance, repa i r, installation, and testing.
  • Knowledge of Forms and methods of industria l and economic activity . Current legislation about labor remuneration.
  • S t rong ability to deliver tasks and meet deadlines within KPO safety parameters.
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels - with Senior Managers when required and with own team reports.
  • Knowledge of Project and maintenance planning skills .
