How you can help

As Oracle ERP Operations Team Leader, you will
  • be responsible for operational excellence and stability of current ERP Oracle instances used by +14K users across +120 countries
  • drive innovation continuously looking for modern support processes to increase support efficiency and identify saving opportunity
  • interact with peers ensuring continuous best practice sharing and process alignment across instances
  • manage, coordinate and overlook third party team of technical and functional experts, interacting directly with internal cross-functional teams for timely resolution of production application issues ensuring an outstanding level of support
  • ensure efficient interaction within external team, technical and functional team globally distributed across multiple businesses to proactively facilitate issues resolution and close-the-books activities


You will be also responsible for:
  • Monitor level of support to proactively ensure with high quality of service and timely resolution of production issues, being responsible for ticket SLAs/TAT, for tickets reduction trough specific actions/analysis as moving from recurring issues to permanent fix
  • Coach / monitor third party responsible for support in ERP Operations support standards / practices
  • Work with business / IT leaders and users for prioritization of critical issues and work towards resolution
  • Act as single point of contact for escalations ensuring they get addressed appropriately with continuous communication
  • Continue to collaborate with vendor to identify and enable innovations for contemporary and efficient solutions as usage of automation for ticket resolution or Chatbot
  • Conduct performance and Ops reviews for the leadership and stakeholders (IM and Functional) by using and owning established Service Delivery metrics
  • Receive and resolve Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedbacks to identify strength and take actions on improvement area engaging leadership when support is needed
  • Ensure appropriate operation hand over will be executed for each new implementation ensuring sufficient level of support
  • Work with IM Risk and Security to ensure rigor and adherence to our standards and SOX compliance and controllership requirements
  • Ensure conformance to ERP Operations support standards / practices
  • Support to cross modules initiatives with the goal to maintain instance stability (instances upgrade, patches, disaster recovery test, performance issue control etc)
  • Overlook process for SR opening, resolution, and application to ensure permanent fix in place


What are the eligibility criteria
  • Be a Graduate in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in Operation management involving cross-functional operations / initiatives and tough stakeholders
  • Strong experience with Operations management methodologies and their application for an effective usage

  • Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks and impacts; define alternatives and prioritizations to remove roadblocks
  • Communicate effectively within DT community as well as with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on progress or escalation to leadership

  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and ready to identify and sponsor innovation
  • Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
