Lead a sales team that supports Baker Hughes' strategy of Transform the Core, Invest for Growth, and Position for New Frontiers

Responsible for delivering the business unit orders operating plan and relative as-sold profitability

Responsible for creation and implementation of sales strategy for the 2 business for orders for new units. Focus on driving accreditive profitable growth across the portfolio, with performance indicators linked to business plan objectives

Develop and support a global sales team to build opportunity pipeline and prioritize resources; assess most effective geographic coverage

Serve as senior sales contact for key customers and critical opportunities, building strong relationships for sustained partnerships

Maintain awareness of portfolio competitiveness; promote innovative commercial strategies to capture market opportunities, particularly in the industrial and new energies spaces

Take a leading role in the sales process when negotiation involves a strategic, high volume or financial impact to the business. Indirect leadership of and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams internally (e.g. engineering, legal, risk, finance etc)

Serve as key liaison to other TPS sales and commercial teams, ensuring early engagement and pre-positioning with the right coordination on key deals to best position for success

Develop Channel Partner strategy, in coordination with TPS Global Sales/Commercial and other TPS business units

Develop inorganic growth models in support of future business outlook

Coordinate with business development and strategy teams to evaluate potential industry partners

Responsible for SIP data for the business unit sales team

Provide regular short term pacing for the business as well as rolling 12-month business outlook

Responsible for . long term complex engagements which may involve customized technical solutions, long-term contract conditions, indirect management of internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales Application Engineering, Commercial Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Product Development, other business unit leaders) as well as external entities such as government (PPPs) or industrial agencies

Secure cash and timely collections across the portfolio

Ensure appropriate data governance for all the data and information under responsibility of the position

Availability to travel for business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field

15+ years of experience in a sales/commercial role, preferably in the energy industry. Experience in industrial power generation and/or new energies projects helpful

Strong team leadership experience with open, transparent communication style to foster a diverse culture of growth and inclusive
