Collaborate with the best

We are looking for our Global Industry Expert dedicated to the fast-growing Hydrogen segment in the Energy Transition. In this position you will lead growth initiatives. Integrate and develop long term strategic initiatives, commercial team expertise development, critical customer mapping and go to market strategy plus product programs development to drive growth in the Energy Transition segment leveraging Hydrogen technology.

As a TPS Valves Hydrogen Industry Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing market intelligence, profitable intelligence, customer intelligence and data analytics to support development of overall Valves division in the Energy Transition based on Hydrogen.
  • Supporting and providing content required for growth strategy plan and annual operating plan with sound market data.
  • Developing industry specific value propositions based on customer need/challenges and market opportunities.
  • Having proven ability to gather and share meaningful information on critical customer insights (EPC, OEM, Licensors, End User) across the focused industry.
  • Leading Key Accounts mapping with the regional teams and recommend go to market strategy.
  • Identifying Key Account coverage gap & suggest remedy actions. Leading Key Account engagement with the regional teams, strategy and communication.
  • Providing market intelligence and crucial input to the product leadership for product development. Co-creating NPI with the product management to cover any Product gap and communicate across the organization.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have BSc. from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED) in business administration or Marketing.
  • Have very good experience in Commercial / Sales / Marketing and/or product management in the Hydrogen industry.
  • Have Valves industry knowledge - advantageous
  • Have very good commercial skills.
  • Have the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels.
  • Have interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Have demonstrated ability to analyze market and resolve problems. Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Have demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects successfully.
