Partner with the best
As a Sales Manager, you will take ownership for the sales orders for new and existing customers. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationship. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Being responsible for selling product(s), software, services, parts, solutions, or projects within Australia, New Zealand & PNG. Delivering the target order numbers and growth within the assigned Territory;
  • Driving sales enterprise approach with focus on Digital Transformation in the industrial sector (leveraging Asset Condition/ Remote Monitoring and Asset Strategy capabilities of Bently Nevada);
  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business growth
  • Building long-term strategic relationships with key customers and markets to develop partnerships and opportunities
  • Supporting existing Channel Partner and bring together Software, Hardware and Services offerings


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Commercial/ Industrial Operations sales
  • Be a team player and display good communication, writing, analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence a team, customers and others
  • Have the digital transformation mindset with understanding of industry 4.0 ecosystem and relevant solutions
  • Demonstrate success in an industrial solutions sales or account management
  • Have good understanding of leading sales execution methodology ie; Miller Heiman or similar
  • Demonstrate knowledge of remote monitoring and asset strategy solutions
  • Demonstrate relevant customer facing experience within account management technical sales or business development
