Our Subsea Production Systems (SPS) are industry leading. Our team are responsible for the quality of products from suppliers. We audit and monitor performance and collaborate with supplies and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide quality improvements and solutions.

Play a pivotal role in our business
As a Lead Supplier Quality Management Specialist, you will take ownership for quality and continuous improvement across a range of suppliers. You will build relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure delivery of a successful service. You will ensure supplier quality to global standards and lead continuous improvement where there are performance issues.

As a Lead Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and directing a team of Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure resolution of short-term tactical issues and supplier quality objectives
  • Managing functional, business and broader company objectives to drive the resolution, communicating between leadership and suppliers suggesting next actions and planning improvements
  • Implementing short and long-term processes and program changes with a view of reducing potential quality risks and delivering defect free product
  • Performing supplier audits, monitoring performance and evaluation to ensure compliance to global quality requirements in the SPS business
  • Driving continuous improvement of suppliers' quality, cycle and delivery performance through programs and initiatives to deliver the right products to our manufacturing sites
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, project management, engineering and manufacturing to facilitate improvements on how we manage supplier quality
  • Acting as primary point of contact for audits and quality-related issues ensuring corrective actions are implemented on time and accurately


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors Degree coupled with experience working in a Quality role in a regulated industrial sector
  • Have working knowledge of Quality tools, lean concepts and root cause analysis including CAPA
  • Ability to set team objectives and goals that are aligned with those of the business
  • Have considerable organizational, project management and process improvement skills
  • Have a continuous improvement and preventative mindset, knowing how to influence stakeholders towards change
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical and methodical approach to solving complex quality issues in a fast-paced pressured environment
