Halliburton Landmark is looking for an experienced, revenue-driven marketing professional who is able to grasp consumer behavior trends, analyze and provide market insights, and generate creative ideas to deliver effective marketing programs. This position requires creative marketing and communication skills, and the individual must have a proven track record of delighting and engaging customers and supporting sales teams.

  • Build and maintain actionable insights into key customers, competitors, and market dynamics to ensure that account managers are aware of how the market is evolving relevant to their roles
  • Develop creative digital marketing campaigns used by the business development (BD) team to secure long-term business deals
  • Assist in inbound and outbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (such as content development and optimization, event planning, and digital marketing)
  • Work with the BD team to develop and grow the sales pipeline, and manage data for new and prospective clients in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to consistently meet revenue goals
  • Create customer-facing and internal content, including presentations, web content, material for social media, public relations, advertising, and other channels
  • Plan and execute both in-person and digital events, including tradeshows, webinars, user group meetings, and executive events
  • Collaborate with a team of marketing experts and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan, as assigned

Preferred Knowledge and Previous Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
  • Previous marketing experience, including the creation of sales tool kits
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, CRM platforms, and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus)
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
  • Ability to write effective copy (a necessity), along with graphic design capabilities (a plus)
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Creative thinker with a vision
