Our team deliver the company strategic plan for CCUS, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, lead product management and manage programs for technology development and partner with the sales team to drive early customer engagements to position innovative solutions.

Bringing Technology to life

You will define and lead the execution of New Product Development programs related to the Packing and Internals technologies for the process industry and support the commercialization strategy of the product/solution with focus on the Carbon Capture application. You will define product development roadmap and execution, technology integration and implementation with BH Carbon capture technologies, and manage relevant pilot projects and research and development initiatives.

As a Packing and Internals Product Leader, partnering with the rest of the CCUS growth team, you will be responsible for:

 

 

  • Defining New Product Development (NPD) plan - liaising with Engineering teams and in alignment with broader BH CCUS strategy - of technology validation, scale up, technology integration programs and roadmaps, and optimize supply-chain set-ups.
  • Identifying, assessing, and sizing markets and applications of such technologies, defining main Customer's KPIs and elaborating the BH go-to-market strategy.
  • Defining target requirements, such as performance, costs, and lead time for market applications.
  • Supporting our Platform team through setting up commercial alliances and partnerships with customers for market development and new business models.
  • Providing inputs to define our value proposition from a technical and economic standpoint toward end-users and coordinating cross-functional support for budget proposals and technical offering.
  • Partnering with the Sales team, Key Accounts and Commercial organization to define customer engagement and product strategy during early stages of project development.
  • Partnering with third-party quality assurance bodies to achieve certifications accordingly to the best industry standards.
  • Coordinating and leading activities relevant to programs, by definition of schedules, resources and costs and required for execution, monitoring progress, and granting application of internal New Product Development procedure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess in-house competencies to execute opportunities and identifying with third party suppliers to provide additional skills, expertise, and resource to deliver projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

 

 

  • Have a BSc. or MSc. in chemical or mechanical engineering and a solid background in a related field.
  • Have solid experience in designing key process equipment for chemical, especially about column Packing and Internals.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience with Product Leadership, Innovation, Engineering, Process and Plant design, Manufacturing.
  • Have experience, ideally, with key packing and internals for process equipment design and sales, product management and market assessment.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders.
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions.
