As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives, contributing to the sales plan in a specific region and helping to define the sales strategy for targeted clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Managing sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleaning and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
• Collaborating as a team member to drive technical sales and innovative solutions
• Contributing to complex prices and conditions, working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks with some latitude to deviate from standard.
• Handling diverse clients in a region.
• Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
• Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders; handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
• Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Display excellent verbal and written communications skills
