Under general leadership, this position serves as the product service lines point of contact for the Customer's project team, or internal to a Halliburton Managed Project. Manage mid-sized and large-scale projects or projects of increased complexity requiring a higher level of interaction with the customer which may include increased involvement in the planning phase. Sr. IS Coordinators are typically assigned to projects requiring extensive onsite coordination and management of various service lines and third parties. Leads regularly scheduled meetings to review performance indicators and implements management systems to drive greater efficiencies and performance, etc. Responsible for the overall multi PSL project execution and delivery of technical solutions to solve project challenges. Plans, organizes, and coordinates projects for 3 or more product service lines in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Serves as the champion for Halliburton (HES) and the Customer's Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, expectations and guidelines. Communicates project objectives with HES personnel assigned to the project both on location and in the District office. Coordinates delivery of HES and third party equipment and services to the well site(s). Verifies equipment received at the well site is in accordance with documented specifications and requirements. Ensures that pre load out testing has been conducted and documented with charts and results, assemblies are measured and recorded. Ensures that all 3rd party rental / purchase equip has current inspection and testing documentation. Leads internal HES pre-project execution exercises (DWOP / CWOP) and post project (review / close out) meetings. Participates in regularly scheduled project safety meetings and Business / Operations Performance Reviews. Conducts performance reviews in accordance with established PSL and Project KPI's. Maintains latest version of project procedures and expectations, and assures that all HES personnel are working from the latest version. Evaluates PSL operational performance and applicability of technology offerings. Management of project Performance Optimization Plan. Resolves all cross PSL issues with the customer prior to final invoicing and report processing. Documents lessons learned and communicates the same to the District and Project Leadership Team. Job role contributes directly to value creation. Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in applicable industry discipline (STEM) and a minimum of 7 years' experience providing and executing services in the field at well sites, 3+ years of experience supervising or managing product service lines or accounts, services or subcontractors with either an operator or service company, demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement methodologies, and demonstrated experience in design and planning stages of well construction and management.
