Work with all product lines in order to integrate a plan to execute in the best way using our best technologies and application in a comprehensive way. Deliver a good performance with the best cost efficiency. Make a good evaluation of the risk for the total well and per section.

Finally, support all the areas from the engineering standpoint to resolve challenges and deliver the drilling and completions of the wells flawlessly.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
  • Handles complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
  • Handles important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side .
  • Evaluate the risk of the well and per section making the recommendation in the actions we need to overcome all the hurdle we can have.
  • Recommend the best technologies from our product line or vendor to deliver the best performance.
  • Leader the execution plan for critical sections or jobs integrating all the the technologies and process from our product line or vendors.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Field Services.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
