Saudi Aramco, long known for its leadership in oil exploration, production, and refining, is seeking experienced professionals to join the growing Unconventional Resources exploration efforts. We have an immediate requirement for an experienced a Liasonman Foreman (Rig-less site Foreman) to join our Unconventional Well Completions Operations & Production Engineering Department.
The Unconventional Production Engineering Division is responsible for providing technical support for all unconventional rig-less activities, production optimization and well integrity analysis for all unconventional wells in Saudi Arabia.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for supervising field operations of rig-less completion sites, either contracted or Saudi Aramco-owned.
Engage in carrying out programmed work on deep or otherwise critical unconventional wells that are deeper than 15,000 feet, are complicated by pressure above 10,000 psi, contain sour gas and with extended reach lateral.
As the successful candidate, you should have a High School diploma or completion of ITC (English, ERW; Math, MI) and Fifteen (15) years related experience w/proven job knowledge to handle operational responsibilities on critical wells and demonstrated personnel attributes of sound judgment, dependability, honest work ethic and leadership.
Alternatively, you can have a B.S. degree in Engineering and 15 years' 15 years experience related to rig-less completion of oil and gas wells.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Performs Unit level supervisory function at well locations remote to Operations headquarters on a 24 hour per day basis, R28, or R21 or R15 or S14 work schedules
Directs all well operations expediently, safely and according to accepted industry practices as outlined and specified in the well completion program issued by Unconventional Production Engineering.
Coordinates the timely ordering of required well materials, equipment and services according to the well program. Documents the receipt, usage and transfer of Saudi Aramco supplied materials and equipment. Reviews service company field tickets for accuracy of services provided and associated charges.
Ensures that Saudi Aramco Blowout Prevention Standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing and crew response. Assures that site and personnel comply with Saudi Aramco established safety standards and procedures.
For jobs and sites contracted to Saudi Aramco, assures compliance with terms, conditions and equipment/personnel as specified in the Contract.
Provides headquarters a complete daily report of work progress as required in the Daily Morning Report.
Promotes cost-savings ideas and awareness with the view toward operational optimization consistent with safely meeting well objectives.
Proves on-job training to less experienced personnel assigned to the rig-less site.
