Partner with the best

As a Completions & Intervention Materials Leader, you will plan and schedule the materials required for KSA Completions & Intervention Product Line to execute the business, work to translate the sales demand in to physical orders and ensure they are delivered to meet the customer requirements. You will also manage the planning and delivery team including employee training, development and career progression

As a Completions & Intervention Materials Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Establishing the planning and delivery processes
  • Ensuring planning and delivery processes are being implemented correctly and aligned to the Center Of Excellence governance
  • Working with the sales and operations team to communicate and convert the demand plan into physical orders
  • Accountable for prioritizing the orders to meet the business goals
  • Executing the regional product line order strategies
  • Providing overall planning and delivery guidance for orders
  • Routing orders to the various plants
  • Managing and processing order exceptions
  • Managing communication between the Product Line/ Sales/Service Delivery with respect to order dates
  • Planning deliveries to reduce inventory costs while maintaining customer commitments
  • Working with the region Sales and Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)
  • Ensuring orders are appropriately maintained in SAP (aged orders, etc)
  • Managing the materials planning and delivery team including employee training, development and career progression
  • Working in partnership with the Regional Logistics Leader to reduce Premium Transportation cost


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience
  • Have 7+ years' experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
  • Have deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality
  • Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders
  • Have strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
  • Have experience managing and developing teams


Desired Characteristics
  • Have Certifications; APICS Certification
  • Have people leader experience (direct, matrix or through influence) with demonstrated Leader of Choice capabilities (Drive Culture, Inspire People, Achieve Results, Growth Mindset)
