As an Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, reporting for Corporate, business, or P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application, and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.

As a Finance Analyst - FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Serving as a business partner to Baker Hughes Commercial, Finance, OTR, and PCs teams to lead business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
  • Leading Cash Management process: Past Due balance, Collection volume for the year/quarter/week for all PCs at Tier3 level. Gathering payment plans.
  • Leading Regional Base Costs planning (Commercial and non-Commercial) working with FP&A, Controllership, PC Finance teams, HQ Finance; control over plan execution.
  • Leading quarter closing process. Closing procedures (billing, costs allocation, T&Ls, accruals, management reliefs, bonuses). Ensuring correct allocations and the proper cost reflects are done.
  • Complying with necessary regulations in the reporting process using knowledge of applicable statutory and US GAAP reporting requirements; contribute to closing process via CFOA reporting and quarterly splits and accrual.
  • Managing over cost center structure of the business in the region, costing data maintenance. Keeping & updating regional DoA matrix.

  • Have an appropriate education with relevant experience within a multinational corporation.
  • Be able to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; project management ability.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills as well as organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Have assured communication and negotiation skills (in both English and Russian)
  • Able to solve problems and resolve skills.
