Partner with the best

In this role, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will lead the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.

As a Contractual Service Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading commitment growth for Contractual Services and managing Project proposal strategy arranging the Bid-to-Win process
  • Achieving financial and operational targets committed (e.g. identify new deals, manage Renegotiations), coordinating Functions during proposal preparation and follow-up
  • Leading complex negotiations on New and existing CS fleet contracts, supporting Account Team managing After-market business with a 360° approach
  • Supporting Sales Force in opportunity development with Customers, identifying with Application Engineering Team the best solutions to meet Customers' "Critical to Quality" (CTQs)
  • Preparing commercial proposals, guaranteeing Quality completeness and Time responsiveness and defining strategy on Price and Margin and leverage ROI evaluation
  • Ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment, leading Hand-Off for project execution phase (OTR)


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a BSc in Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred) with a major 10 experience in a technical/commercial role, preferably developed in O&G Sectors
  • Show experience in leading change management projects and communicating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver successfully
  • Display a customer service-orientated mindset, with experience of leading customers through tough decisions
  • Have excellent communication, negotiations, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships and support internal customers
  • Be able and willing to travel worldwide for short customer meetings
  • Demonstrate high-level professional ability in both oral and written communication in English language. French or Italian would be advantageous
  • Have experience with Upgrades, CSA and Transactional business concepts is considered a plus
