Partner with the best

A Reliability Engineer Level 2 performs engineering services for customers to meet profit, quality and customer satisfaction targets. Generally works with limited supervision to a project plan with the capability to adjust that plan as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction targets.

As an Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:
  • Understanding project management practices and is responsible for project delivery.
  • Anticipating other's needs, is self-aware and empathically communicates both internally and externally and has a focused personal development plan.
  • Interacting with clients and client organisations and has an understanding of how maintenance management is executed.
  • Applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform assigned tasks as part of a broader assignment.
  • Identifying ways in which the strategic positioning or capability of ARMS is proactively improved to be the leading provider of reliability solutions globally.
  • Exceeding expectations regularly and has a focused personal development plan which aligns to ARMS Purpose


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role in maintenance / reliability
  • Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry
  • Have a strong computer literacy, proficient in use of Microsoft office products particularly excel and access
  • Have experience in working as part of a project team and have a working knowledge of the project elements including timelines, deliverables and budgets.
