Enable change in an organizational context by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders
Interface with business users to illicit, organize, and document business requirements.
Prioritize requirements from various and potentially competing stakeholders.
Effectively communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
Guide and oversee multiple concurrent data management projects.
Demonstrates broad based knowledge of information technology and multiple database management systems, or an in-depth knowledge of more than one database management system.
Working experience in the Agile methodology.
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.
Work with the development team and technical architect to ensure understanding of business requirements and specifications.
Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
Able to solve unusual problems or problems with significant impact to the business.
Must be forward thinking and able to gauge potential risks of proposed solutions.
Knowledge of proper requirement specifications, the software development life cycle (SDLC), use case development, process flow diagrams, etc.
Experience with SQL, and ability to apply a wide range of database management concepts to the IS infrastructure environments.
Develops new approaches, methods, or policies in the area for the company.
Demonstrates expert knowledge of corporate data management and stewardship.
Make decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy.
Involved in highly complex matters and business processes that have impact for the organization and involve strategic decisions.
Work with internal stakeholders to evaluate, estimate and prioritize support and service activities.
Schedule, monitor, and provide reporting on team activities and deliverables ensuring timely and effective handling of production problems and on-time, on-budget project deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations.
